The content analysis is the knowledge decomposition that you did to understand what the different components of the topics and learning goals. For this, you will have a sequence or tree breaking down the concept or procedure in different parts.

The lesson design is then the breakdown of activities and operators (your drawn orchestration graph) of your lesson. This lesson design should be grounded in the content analysis since you need to think about what you want to teach and the best way to teach this. This means it should also be grounded in the concepts that have been presented in lecture. You should justify why you are choosing the activities that you are and the social plane that they are on given what you are trying to teach.
