The primary objective of the course is to
familiarize students with the basic tools and concepts of modern microeconomic
analysis, and to illustrate how to use them. Therefore, the course is based on
graphical reasoning as well as on analytical calculus. Real economic issues
will be constantly linked to theory and discussed in class.
