Is router bandwidth limit 3 Mbps?

Hi,

I'm taking the question 6 to explain my issue (but that impacts most of the questions in part 1).

(question 6: Repeat the operation with a UDP client that sends at rate 3 Mbps, 10 Mbps and 20 Mbps. What are the goodputs and loss percentages? Compare to the theoretical goodput computed above). You stated above that router bandwidth limit is 3 Mbps.

Here are my values for the Q6 (Loss, goodput):

3 Mbps: (0%, 3'000 Kbps)

10 Mbps: (4%, 9'580 Kbps)

20 Mbps: (60%, 9'590 Kbps)

I ran multiple time the test, but looks like that the router bandwidth limit is 10 Mbps, and then, I guess you understand that I have 0% loss in the "competing UDP flows".

(Same statement for TCP).

Am I doing something wrong or misunderstood something ?

Thanks !
