Lorsque l’utilisateur appuie sur le bouton New, la ville courant doit s’effacer. Cependant, nous n’arrivons pas à supprimer toutes les données de la ville. Comment faire ?

I think you can still do that. You could create a function, say "effacerDonnees", which would be responsible for deleting the objects you created while reading and analysing data.
