Folks,
In lab 1, there's a question that asks you to ssh into an INF3 server. If you are trying to do this from VDI, or from your own computer, try one of the following INF3 servers:
icin3pc11.epfl.ch
icin3pc21.epfl.ch
icin3pc22.epfl.ch
icin3pc03.epfl.chicin3pc13.epfl.ch
icin3pc15.epfl.ch
icin3pc18.epfl.ch
icin3pc25.epfl.ch
The first three just let me connect to them, while for the rest ssh eventually times out (but the connection does not get refused). Either response allows you to complete the lab.
Context: The INF3 servers are not supposed to be used for ssh from outside, normally. I'm not sure what's been done to them and they are refusing connections. In any case, I will keep an eye out and update the list of usable INF3 servers as things change.
Side note: If you are connecting from your own computer, first VPN into EPFL, then try to ssh into an INF3 server.
