Dear Students,
Since most of you mentioned that they are not familiar with the EKV MOS transistor model, we will dedicated today's lecture to a introduction to this model which we are using for RF CMOS design. I will start with presenting you the slides entitled summary of the EKV MOS Transistor Model (there is a newer version version 2 available on moodle). We then will have a closer look at the exercises of last wee which use the concept of inversion coefficient.
