Following some questions about the solution of Problem 2 , Exercise 4, we added some additional slides and a very detailed article explaining the design of a CS stage using the EKV model with and without accounting for self-loading.
This should clarify the formula's used in Problem 2, please do not hesitate to reach out in case of any remaining question.
