I have never encountered this problem so I am going to throw out some ideas, hoping that one of them will stick. Have you tried restarting your browser or your laptop? If you have too many outstanding connections that are somehow not closed, that might be the reason you are getting that error. You can also try using a different browser (in case it is something cookie-related). Let me know how it goes.
