CS-438: Integration test hw0

There is a small probability that the integration test and/or the scenario test for HW1 don’t pass. This might happen only in rare cases. If it unfortunately happens, simply re-run the test (the error says that there are 19 peers in the routing table instead of 20). In any case, if all other tests pass, you should be fairly confident that your code works. Of course, this rare flakiness of the test won't affect your grade. But, if the test fails most/all of the time, then there's most likely some problem with your implementation.
