CS-438: A bug in Test_HW2_SearchAll_Remote_Budget

In test Test_HW2_SearchAll_Remote_Budget,

line 1029: node5 := z.NewTestNode(t, peerFac, transp, "127.0.0.1:0")

line 1030: defer node4.Stop()

I think it should be node5 instead of node4.
