It is time to schedule your final presentations so please fill out this spreadsheet with your team names.
Since we are going to use the exercise sessions for the presentations, we normally have a 1h slot on December 16 (4-5pm) and a 1h45min slot on December 17 (8:15-10am), meaning we can have 4 and 7 presentations on Thursday and Friday, respectively. That being said, if there are people who are OK with sticking around for another 30 minutes on Thursday, we can run the session until 5:30pm and have 6 teams present as opposed to 4. In this way, the Friday session would not be as crowded and also we can start a bit later than 8:15am :) If you are OK with this, feel free to use slot 5 & 6 on Thursday. If nobody wants to use these slots, we will stick to the regular exercise session schedule.
You are expected to be present during the whole session on your presentation day. You are also expected to attend the session where you are not presenting unless you have a non-trivial academic or personal conflict (e.g., if you have a flight back home). Since you will do an approval voting over all the proposals in the final stage of the assignment, it is important to see the presentations of as many teams as possible to be able to make an informed decision.
The deadline to fill out the spreadsheet is Wednesday, December 1 @ 23:59. If you haven't filled out the spreadsheet by the deadline, we are going to assign you to a slot.
