Dear all,
As you know, tomorrow is the first day of the presentations of your collective problem-solving project. Tomorrow's session is going to start at 16:00 and it will be hybrid.
(1) For those of you who want to participate in-person: We are going to meet at INR113 (same classroom as the lectures). Please bring your laptops and a pair of headphones/earbuds with you. It might also be a good idea to put a copy of your slides in a USB and have it with you.
(2) For those of you who want to participate online: We are going to use the Zoom room that we have been using for the lectures. If your team is presenting online (or some members of your team will do), please make sure that you have a reliable Internet connection and minimum background noise, and that you coordinate with your teammates to figure out the logistics (e.g., who is going to share their screen, who is going to drive the slides).
Keep in mind that each team has 10 minutes to present their work and everyone is expected to present. We will have 3-5 minutes for Q&A after each presentation. Since this project is about identifying and solving the problems at EPFL, we are hoping to see active participation from everyone (both in-person and online) during these sessions.
