Dear student,
Due to the availability of Prof. Ford and TAs, we will have the oral exam on 19 and 20 Jan. The exam will be in person; thus, we expect you will be available on those two days.
We will release your group's time slot in the coming weeks. We understand that you might have conflicting exams in that slot. You can find another group willing to swap the slots in this case.
In extreme situations, as per EPFL regulations, if you can not attend the oral exam in person, we may permit you to participate remotely. You will need to send us all the necessary documents to prove that you really can not attend the exam in person. Then we will decide case by case.
