and let me know which of the 5 topics you have chosen
- logistic regression
- generalized linear model other than logistic (e.g. Poisson regression)
- survival analysis
- discrete data (contingency table) analysis
- GWAS
If you are doing the GWAS, please email me to let me know (if you have not already). You can find a link to the tutorial and the data (in the gwas extras folder) on the course moodle page.
Under the yellow box in the 3 April section you can find topic-specific criteria.
Also, you can submit your report 2 any time at the bottom of the course moodle page.
