I have uploaded comments for topics discrete, glm, and the GWAS logistic (Breheny tutorial - NOT the logistic regrssion topic).
Comments for the Reed et al. GWAS tutorial are coming later today, with survival and logistic regression coming as soon as possible.
On a different note, since moodle will be down for maintenance Monday 15 July all day (07.00-18.00), if you need to turn in a last minute report and moodle is down you can email it to me BEFORE 12.00 (noon).
