Hi Everyone.
Given the current situation the Game Pitch presentations will be done through Zoom. To make things more organized for everyone, we created a doodle allowing groups to select their preferred time for when pitch presentation will take place.
Things to consider when filling the doodle:
- Use the Group ID when filling the doodle so that we know which group it is;
- If another group has selected the timeslot you wanted, please pick a different slot. There should be enough time slots for all groups;
- Each group is eligible to one timeslot only. Please try to keep it that way!
- Please do this before April 3rd, as the Doodle will close after this!

Additional Info:
Due to the fact that the EPFL is closed the VR Buffet will not take place. So for this reason the Pitch Presentation duration will be increased to a total of 10 minutes, rather than 5. So please take this into consideration while preparing your pitch. You should also leave some time to allow us to offer feedback and take questions.
Finally, the information for the Zoom meeting room will be given at a later date. So please pay close attention to the student forums in the upcoming days.
