Every group member should be present during the presentation (check your timeslots below) and please be on time as we are working with a very tight schedule. One member of the group should do the presentation and share their screen during this process to showcase their slides. The Q&A is open to all members of course so please feel free to discuss during this time.
Finally, if
you arrive and another group is still presenting or in the middle of
their Q&A, please mute your microphone until it is stated otherwise
and just send a message in the text chat that you have arrived.
