hello everyone, I hope that you are all doing well. A few announcements:
- there will be NO MORE TUESDAY LAB MEETINGS
- the commented reports will be sent back to you soon
- except for GWAS, if you have not already received a data set for your individual report, please send me an email letting me know what topic you have chosen
- I will send the GWAS instructions and data during the weekend (if not before). It might feel like you are getting a late start; however, there are parts of the report you can write without data (ie, how you are doing the analysis) and part of the instructions will include code (since that is more obscure than what we have worked through in class)
- you are MOST WELCOME to email me if you have any questions about your work (group or individual); if possible, we will resolve the problem by email, otherwise we can set up a zoom meeting
