I am not sure to fully understand the right answer to the question number 2 of the quiz 2.
Does not the answer to the question depends on which response we are talking about ? If I did understand well, A first needs to ask for a TCP connection to B and once the request is accepted by B then A can send its message through this TCP connection. So if the response is B accepting the TCP connection request it would be 1 RTT (this is what I answered) but if the response is the response to A's message then it would be 2 RTT.
Is that right or have I not understand something ?
