Dear students,

To avoid any confusion: the filename to metahash mapping is a bijection. This means, a filename corresponds to one and only one metahash, and a metahash corresponds to one and only one filename.  

Acceptors should not accept any mapping that conflicts (as defined above) with existing mappings in the blockchain.
