My apologies: Slides 33 to 48 of today's presentation were indeed missing. I have uploaded a new version of the pdf that has them. I have also refined the definition of exponential growth on Slide 20.
The old slide 33 is now slide 49. The math went indeed fast. If you have any questions, I suggest you ask them during the exercise session tomorrow. The key concept is that of an implicit surface representation on Slides 51 and 52. The rest is less important.
