The grading scheme of the class has been updated on the moodle page (and this serves as the official one!). So as said in class in the first place...
midterm 20%
mini-project 20% (+5% for the winning team)
final exam 60%
To be clear: no graded hmw's this year.
Besides, today you can solve the first two exercises and first quiz (part A). You can come back to the third exercise and quiz B next week once the necessary definitions will be given at the beginning of next lecture (or else if you already know them of course you can go on with these today and we are around to help).
