Just a note regarding the course this Thursday: I'll first add a few things about the cutoff phenomenon and shuffling cards, and then introduce the subject of sampling in the second part. Note that the first part has not been recorded last year, but this is not exam material.
Besides, let me remind that the midterm exam will take place on Friday, from 3:15 to 5:15 PM, in rooms AAC 1 20 (letters A to G) and SG 0211 (letters H to Z).
