My friends and I have a big question... In the exercice sheet 13 and in many mock exams, we encountered a question which is "Find Var[u(t)]" in the context of mean field problems.
We are clearly unsure about the method to use to solve this question. In particular in the exercise they seperated the k and k', however in the exam 2020 we have the same spike train so should we separate them ?
Could you maybe give a general method to solve this kind of question ?
