I was wondering what is the state of the art for accuracy?
In exo II.1 3) we get an accuracy of 0.7 and decide that it is not enough. Then what would be the threshold?

This of course depends on the task.
The task considered in that exercise is PoS tagging, where SoA is usually much higher than 95% (see keypoints week 5) ; although this of course depends on the tagset (finer "grain" (= more detailed/precise tags) makes it more difficult).
