Dear all,
There have been some problems with running the epidemic simulator of the DQN miniproject on Windows. Since the simulator works well and as expected on Linux and macOS, we believe that the issue is most likely to how the .yaml file is parsed in Windows. Unfortunately, we do not have a clear solution yet for how to resolve the issue on Windows. Hence, our recommendation to Windows users is to choose one of these three options:
1. Use EPFL noto (see https://noto.epfl.ch/hub)
2. Use Google Colab (see https://colab.research.google.com/)
3. Use a Windows Subsystem for Linux (see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install)
