hello again, this announcement applies ONLY if you did a GWAS for your individual report.
On the comment sheet I noted that:
you need to email to me the R code that you used to generate your plots (all of them) as well as the output from typing the command
sessionInfo()
I will not be able to finalize your report note or course note without this information.
Please send me this information as soon as possible. If I do not receive it by the final report deadline, I will have to give you a note of NA (non-acquise / not acquired) and you will not receive credit for the course.
