In the second mini-project ex 8.3.3 about weight distribution , when you say "explain the observed distribution", do you want us to just describe how the distributions look or to explain the reasons why this appearance may occur ?

We want you to explain the "shape" or distribution of the weights. Describing what you see will not be sufficient. We want you to show that you understood how the weights are learned in the Hopfield Networks.
