Dear ER students,

Here are the some additional instructions for printing your parametric joints. Follow in general the corresponding video tutorial from Robogen.org (http://robogen.org/docs/video-tutorials/) BUT use the following parameters:

1) use LEFT extruder

2) layer height - 0.25mm, first layer height - 0.25mm

3) infill - 25%

4) print speed - 40mm/s

5) Temperature: extruder - 230C, platform - 100C

Make sure the platform is clean before starting the print.  Remove any remaining plastic with a cutter carefully (do not damage the platform surface)

If you still having problems printing send me an e-mail, call 30041 or come to my office MED1 1315. You can also send Skype messages to "gud_alex".

Have fun with your robots!

Olexandr

And another thing - try to place your parts in the front of the platform. It seems to be damaged a bit in the center.
