Lab 3 hardware organisation

Hello.

In the Altera multiprocessor tutorial, the five processors are placed in subsystems and then added to a top level system just like any other component. I wanted to take the same approach with Lab 3 but I have not been able to get "Hello World" working, even after double checking that the memories are large enough, the instruction master is connected only to on chip memory, etc.

Yesterday, I switched to a design where all of the components are defined in one .qsys file (no subsystems) and with this approach I was able to get "Hello World" running on both of the processors. I wanted to ask if this is fine for the assignment or if we have to precisely follow the Altera tutorial.

Best regards,
