Could you please explain why at question 8 of the 2019 quizz(A), the answer is not exactly R ?

F / (F/R) = F * R/F = R.

Now, we didnt consider a possible queuing delay, processing delay or propagation delay. Let's call their total delay T. T is much smaller then F/R (transmission delay) but most likely T>0. Then:

F / [F(/R) + T] <= F/(F/R) = R.
